Important Notice: Lottery Winners is an information service that helps you track your lottery tickets. We do not sell lottery tickets, facilitate lottery purchases, or operate any lottery systems. All lottery activities are governed by the rules and regulations of the respective state lotteries.

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Registration

To use certain features of our Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security of your password and account
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4.3 Billing and Payment

Premium subscriptions are managed through Apple App Store (iOS) and Google Play Store (Android):

• Billing Cycles: Monthly and annual subscription options available
• Payment Processing: All payments are processed securely through official app stores
• Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
• Price Changes: We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with 30 days advance notice

4.4 Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your premium subscription at any time:

• iOS (Apple App Store): Cancel through App Store → Subscriptions
• Android (Google Play Store): Cancel through Google Play → Subscriptions
• Access During Current Period: You retain premium features until the end of your current billing period
• No Partial Refunds: Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law or app store policies

4.5 Refund Policy

Refunds are subject to Apple App Store and Google Play Store policies:

• App Store Policy: Refunds follow Apple's standard refund policy for in-app purchases
• Play Store Policy: Refunds follow Google's refund policy for in-app purchases
• Circumstances: Refunds may be granted for technical issues, unauthorized purchases, or as required by law
• Refund Requests: Contact the respective app store's customer support for refund requests

4.6 Subscription Changes

We may modify our subscription plans and features:

• Notice: 30 days advance notice for significant changes that materially affect your subscription

5. User Responsibilities

• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

6. Prohibited Uses

7. Intellectual Property

• The mobile application and its source code
• User interface design and graphics
• Software algorithms and business logic
• Branding, trademarks, and logos

are owned by us and are protected by intellectual property laws.

7.2 User-Generated Content

When you scan or upload lottery tickets:

• You retain ownership of the physical tickets
• You grant us a limited license to process and store the images for Service functionality
• You confirm you have the right to scan and store these images
• We do not claim ownership of your ticket images

7.3 Lottery Data

Lottery results and data are sourced from official lottery organizations. We do not claim ownership of official lottery data but aggregate and present it for your convenience.

8. Disclaimers

8.1 Lottery Result Accuracy

Important: While we strive for accuracy, lottery result data is sourced from third-party APIs and official lottery websites. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of lottery results. You should always verify results through official lottery sources.

8.2 Service "As Is"

Our Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
• Non-infringement of third-party rights
• Uninterrupted or error-free operation
• Security or freedom from harmful components

8.3 Third-Party Data

Our Service relies on third-party lottery data providers. We are not responsible for:

• Delays or failures in third-party data transmission

• Third-Party Actions: Actions taken by lottery organizations or data providers
• User Actions: Actions taken by other users of the Service

9.3 Maximum Liability

In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid for our Service in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.

10. Termination

10.1 Your Right to Cancel

You may stop using our Service at any time. To fully delete your account, contact us through the app or email support.

10.2 Our Right to Terminate

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for:

• Fraudulent or illegal activities
• Extended periods of inactivity

11. Governing Law

Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in Delaware, and you consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.

12. Dispute Resolution

12.2 Binding Arbitration

If informal resolution fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Commercial Arbitration Rules.

• Costs: Each party bears its own costs, except as otherwise awarded by the arbitrator
• Exceptions: Injunctive relief and small claims court matters are exempt

You agree to resolve disputes individually and waive participation in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration proceedings.
